Who We Are

About Creative Ally

Creative Ally is a talent management agency and consultancy representing a new generation of purpose-driven creators across sustainability, mental health and wellbeing, culture and social impact.

We exist to build meaningful, long-term, successful creator careers that help to shift culture in a progressive direction. Our work sits at the intersection of storytelling, commercial strategy and cultural impact, partnering talent with brands such as TikTok, Pinterest, eBay and Canva, as well as charities and NGOs like Fairtrade and CALM.

Beyond digital campaigns, we develop IP, events, and partnerships that position our creators as category leaders and push culture forward in the process.

We are a boutique agency with ambitious growth plans - building the UK's leading agency for purpose-driven talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow into managing your own roster of purpose-driven creators — owning their positioning, income growth, partnership quality and long-term brand value, with a strategic lens on where each career is headed
  • Act as a strategic advisor to talent — guiding content direction, audience development and business decisions, while introducing the systems and revenue streams that move creators beyond reactive deal flow
  • Identify, pitch and close partnerships — proactively building opportunities across brand collaborations, IP, events and community-led formats, always ensuring commercial work stays aligned with each creator's values
  • Lead campaign execution end-to-end — maintaining high standards, building repeat client relationships, and bringing operational rigour to every project
  • Build and leverage a strong network across brands, agencies, media and cultural platforms and actively contribute to agency growth through ideas, partnerships and new ways of working
  • Be a collaborative and trusted team member — working closely with a tight-knit group where transparency, mutual respect and high standards are non-negotiable

What We're Looking For

  • A junior or mid-level talent manager with 3+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing or creator partnerships
  • A strategic mindset — able to shape positioning, not just execute campaigns
  • Confidence in negotiation, pricing and deal structuring
  • Deep understanding of the creator economy, platforms and cultural trends
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable owning multiple revenue streams
  • Someone who actively seeks input, applies feedback with intent, and consistently looks for ways to raise their standard and contribution within a team
  • A genuine interest in purpose-driven work and creators shaping culture
  • Experience in building long-term creator careers, not just short-term brand deals (desirable)
  • A strong network across brands, agencies or media (desirable)
  • A clear point of view on how creators can influence culture, not just campaigns (desirable)
